View is Best - East West North South Many people want a westerly view because that is where you will see the sunset. Sunset views are very desireable. The downside to a sunset view is that that sun is blaring in your windows in the afternoon, but the sunsets sure can be pretty. A southern view is probably the most comfortable because the suns energy is focused on the insulated part of the home most of the day. You can have your view all day without wearing sun glasses. If your home is facing east then you get to watch the sunrise if you are a morning person. Depending upon where your home is a north view can be a bay view, ocean view, mountain view, or a harbor view. If your home was on the south shore of San Diego Bay and facing north then you would have a bay view. |
